Cancellation Policy

Radius Systems Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, Cancellations will be considered only if the shipping is not yet made for the order placed via NEFT Payment gateway only. The customer may however track the status of the order online.

Order once placed on PineLabs Payment Gateway for cashback offer, cannot be cancelled/refunded/returned/exchanged or replaced.

In case of any dispute or issues, www.Radiussystems.net reserves the right to cancel the order (booking) at any time. Any issue/legal dispute arising out of order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Delhi.

The company reserves the right to cancel/modify to terms and conditions at any point in time without prior notice.

Return & Refund Policy

Please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for any return or replacement requests, so please record it in clear lighting.

The unboxing video should show the product, damaged parts (if any) and packing slip existing outside of the package. If you find your item damaged after you received the item, you should have a video: showing unboxing video and damaged product. We’re sorry but we can’t accept an exchange or return if you don’t have the video or the video you have is edited/paused.

Radius Systems Private Limited takes care to procure, store and sell products of the best quality, in the best of conditions. We have partnered with Bluedart –  leading logistic provider in India, to ensure that all products reach you in the best of conditions.

However, in the rare event where you might have received a product which is damaged (either functional or cosmetic or any damage incurred during transit) or a product which has a manufacturing defect, Radius Systems Private Limited and/or it’s Logistics Partner will look into the matter on a case by case basis.

In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at info@myRadiussystems.net within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will guide you on the process for the same. You may have to visit your nearest Radius Store to get such cases addressed.

Radius Systems Private Limited does not accept Returns for any other reasons apart from the scenarios mentioned above. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product and is subject to the following conditions.

  1. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  2. Refunds (Applicable only on orders placed via NEFT Payment Gateway)
  3. Refunds are only possible in the following cases:
  • Cancellation of an order before being shipped. Cases where:
  • a. Customer refused to collect the delivery
  • b. Customer wasn’t available during stipulated delivery attempts made by our logistics partner
  • c. The delivery address was wrong / unreachable

For case b, we will process the refund after receipt of the product by Radius Systems Private Limited. All Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used by the customer while placing the order.

Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 10 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
