By using the RADIUS SYSTEMS platform being the website bearing RADIUSSYSTEMS.NET (hereinafter referred to as the site) and the facility of Radius Systems Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Radius”), you, the individual, if acting on behalf of himself or herself (“individual user “), or the individual who is acting on behalf of anybody corporate (hereinafter referred to alternatively as “you’ or “user”) is agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this agreement for use of the facility available on the website (hereinafter referred to as the site “agreement”).

If you do not agree to this agreement, or any part thereof, the you shall not use the facility any further. However, by using the facility, you would have deemed to have accepted these here terms and conditions.

The “Effective Date” for the application of this agreement on each transaction would be the date on which you access/use or start accessing/using the facility.

The Terms and Conditions (T&C) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, form an Agreement regulating the relationship with regard to the use of RADIUS SYSTEMS Platform by you.

These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the web site i.e. RADIUSSYSTEMS.NET (the Site) and any services offered by the company including but not limited to delivery of content via the Site, any mobile or internet connected product or otherwise (the “the Service”). By accessing the Site or Service and/or by clicking “I agree”, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read this Agreement carefully. You are advised to regularly check for any additions, changes, amendments or updates to the terms and conditions that may be brought in the site as required from time to time by RADIUS SYSTEMS, entirely at the its own discretion. All such additions, changes, amendments or updates would become applicable retrospectively, wherever applicable, unless otherwise provided. Your use of Site and any amendment to the Terms of Use shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and all additions, changes, amendments or updates and your acknowledgment to be bound by these terms and conditions and any such changes/revisions/amendments.

You accept the Site Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other Site policies by clicking the “secure login/register” button when registering and logging into the Site; accessing or using Site, services, applications, and tools provided herein; or as otherwise indicated on a specific site, service, application, or tool from time to time. Some Site services, applications, and tools may have additional or other terms, agreements, or policies that govern their availability and use. Your use of and access to such sites, services, applications, and tools are subject to any and all terms, agreements, or policies applicable to them.

Any clause of terms and conditions if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions, individually or as a whole.

The company reserves the right to cancel/modify an order at any point in time without prior notice.

GST Invoice Terms and Conditions

Users with registered businesses may purchase products for their business requirements offered by RADIUSSYSTEMS. Provided, however, purchases on the platform must only be for end consumption. Users must not use products purchased from the platform for any commercial, promotional, resale or further distribution purposes.

A tax invoice (GST Invoice) including GSTIN provided by the user will have, inter alia, the following details printed on it:

– GSTIN associated with the registered business of the User as provided by the User.

– Entity Name of the registered business of the User as provided by the User.

 HDFC Bank Cashback & EMI Offers T&C – iPhone

1. Cashback offer is valid on iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 starting from 1st April 2023 to 1st July 2023
2. The Cashback shall be credited within 120 business days from the last date of the transaction month on a best effort basis to all open and active card members accounts only.
3. All eligible affordability transactions made on & before 31st march 2023 will have instant cash back. Order amount will be charged after deducting the instant cash back amount.
4. Cashback offer is valid on HDFC Bank Credit Cards (Full Payment or EMI) and HDFC Bank Debit Card (EMI Only). These online orders cannot be cancelled once placed4. 7. No Cost EMI is available on Bajaj Finance Ltd (Online & Store), Zest Money, IDFC First & HDFC Bank Consumer Loans – only at retail stores. Check our store locations.
8. Cashback limited to 1 transaction per card per category per customer during the offer period (1 iPhone only).

1. Cashback offer is applicable only if the transaction value on the card is more than 60% of the MRP of the device being purchased.
2. The bank will charge interest on EMI plans as per existing rates.
3. Offers may be revised or withdrawn without any prior notice.
4. Offers valid for limited period and/or till stocks last.
5. To know your HDFC Bank Debit Card EMI pre-approved limit, SMS ‘MYHDFC’ to 5676712 from your registered mobile number.

4. Cashback offer is valid on HDFC Bank Credit Cards (Complete Payment or Consumer Interest bearing) and HDFC Bank Debit Card (Consumer Interest bearing Only). These online orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

12. The bank will continue to charge interest on Consumer Interest Bearing EMI plans as per existing rates. However, the interest to be charged by the bank will be passed on to the cardholder as an upfront discount.
13. Offers may be revised or withdrawn without any prior notice.
